A male staff is really impatient bout customer’s simplest require. A male staff kept signing when he cannot describe the process clearly, sometimes he yelled his temper out loud. Just try to avoid this station if possible.
They just leave your package at the no knock or anything to let you know you stuff have arrived my package could’ve been stolen If my mom didn’t leave out the house
Just a bunch of rude and unhelpful people working here. Ask them any doubt and they’ll make you regret forever!
There is an employee here who seems to think it’s okay to serve customers without a mask on. That’s not only against DC law, it’s reckless and highly inconsiderate of customers. Will not return here.
I was scared to go to this post office since it had so many bad reviews. However, I went this morning and the two employees that assisted me were really nice and attentive. I asked if they had space-themed stamps and they showed me the first moon landing stamps right away. Very pleased. It might have been the shift with the good employees! (Thursday morning).
