The lady in there was very rude and disrespectful. To top it off she was yelling at me without a mask on. Not coming back
The clerk seemed very confused as to how to mail something with a tracking number. He gave me a lot of conflicting information and didnt seem sure at all about what he was doing. Very scary when you are mailing important docs.nHe then sold me a stamp that would not provide a tracking number for a priority envelope. He then told me I would have to come back in to get the tracking number and that all stamp sales are final. ?? Why wouldn't he know the procedures up front?
Good for a post office. Generally efficient staff who smile and are helpful, but as with most post offices, they expect your package to be ready to ship. Not the kind of hand holding you get at the UPS store, but not the cost either. I've had them hold mail for me, and they're accurate about the hold dates, and have handed me my held mail in good condition.
The man works there was so rude. I had a package to ship out with prepaid shipping lable. I asked whether I can use a little bit tape from them, he told me to buy my own tape in Dollar Tree. I asked for a transparent shipping slip, he said he can't give me, I should use my own tape and stick it to the box. They never know what is called service and they never give people convince!
They rarely have more than one person upfront helping people so the service is incredibly slow. Even when there are seven or eight people waiting, they will not bring an additional person up front. In addition they spend an inordinate amount of time helping each person and offering them services that weren't solicited or explaining the various types of options for sending an item and it's associated fee schedule. I have had some pretty frustrating experiences here and generally prefer to use any other carrier if possible.
