I have an online shop and my products are arriving in pieces, this is very distressing. Returned anyway and was met with a little aggression. Was rudely asked to take my mask off, will not be returning. Just because someone is quiet doesn't mean they aren't a person.
At the 74th street location (the main office) the clerks are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They go out of their way to help you with any questions, concerns, postage, and parcels.
Iv been waiting for a special package for a week and i get an email at 11:43 saying my package was delivered to my front door at 11:40 no knock on the door no door bell rung and i go out side i see the mail truck go by and no package in the mail or front door
Always great customer service and dependable trackable delivery
The staff are super friendly and I’ve been there on multiple occasions at various times. It’s always busy there and the line usually runs out the door and into the corridor. But once I get check in with all my issues they service me quite well. I’ve never once had a problem.
