Mail never comes on time; rude service and to top it off mail being given to wrong address constantly!
Came in NYE, about 13:00, great service. The guy at the counter was friendly and searched for the best shipping option. I don’t normally review USPS but this was an above average experience.
Son went to get a package and the short, large woman with straight black hair began power tripping on him, demanding to see ID, threatening not to release the package, even though he had the pickup slip. She was so mean he was almost in tears about it. Has a major issue with dealing with the public.
Worst mail service I've ever received. Around 10 times I've received my neighbors mail. 8 times my neighbors have received my mail. Multiple neighbors. My next door neighbor. The neighbor across the street and even neighbors blocks away have returned my mail that was incorrectly given to them. I'm tired of it. Figure out how to read. Deliver my mail to me not my neighbors and quit giving me their mail. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very helpful staff. Friendly people and good location.
