These postal workers get paid good money and still can’t get the mail delivers by 5pm! And your post master always wants more money from the government! Get the mail delivered!!!!

Going to be generous here and give 2 stars because they were polite but seriously cash and check only? It's 2020 how can you not have a POS system set up. At least put it on the slip that says payment is due so every single one of your customers doesn't have to come twice!

If I could give less than one star I would. I have had and still having the worst service from the United Postal Service. They have lost so many of my packages and takes no responsibility for it. They blame the other post office where the mail is going and the receiving post office blames the sending post office. The last box that I sent in July have not been received yet. I checked in Atlanta they said that they didn’t receive it. When I get back home the post office here in Cornelius said that they sent it but they would get the post master to look into it. A couple of days later he called and said sorry there is nothing they could do, not even give me back the money I paid to have it shipped. Now a package came to me that I didn’t know I had to sign for, they left the pink slip and I filled out for redelivery on the fifteenth of October, it was confirmed that the redelivery was scheduled for October 15th. I sat around most of the day and guess what! I never got the package that day. It came today the day I had appointments. One would think that the government/ state would do better but it just shows that they do not care and they take no responsibility for anything. I can see if it only happens occasionally but this happens on a regular basis. It has happened so many times that I don’t use the post office for anything. I have learned the hard way. Oh and when you try to file a complaint online, you get half way through and the site crashes and tells you to try again later yet they only give you so long to file a complaint.

Never had more issues with my mail! Expecting a package for 2 days, now just checked the tracking and now we have another issues, says incomplete address ! Funny how that wasn't the excuse they used yesterday! Apparently my son's girlfriend was over and her car was in the drive way behind his truck, the postman said he couldn't deliver the package yesterday because he didn't want to walk to my door in the heat of the day!! Which I can understand but they get paid very well for their positions!!
