The staff is so kind and respectful. They really work their hardest and it shows. If I ever have any issues I know they can fix it for me.
The primary reason I would recommend this location to a friend or colleague is because of the awesome customer service. Sherry helped me with my package. I had a large box to ship to California and the total would have been almost $80. Sherry noticed my box was not all the way full, therefore, not needing such a large box. She offered to look for a box that would fit everything and save me some money. She took her time with me and helped me tape the box back together. In the end, I paid about $50.00, instead of the original $80. I definitely recommend this location to everyone. The three people I had interaction with while there were extremely friendly with each customer. GREAT JOB SHERRY! Keep doing what you are doing because you are awesome at it. Thank you!
This is one of the best post office facilities I have ever been to. There is never a huge wait and the employees are always nice and helpful. There is a post office closer to where I live but I make the drive to this one because of the customer service.
Unfortunately 1 female employee working 03/04 around closing at this post office is the reason for this bad review. I am sure her co-workers are wondering why she is still employed. She provide some of the worst customer service I have experienced. This is the USPS in North Little Rock on JFK.
I'm giving them 4 stars because I always get my mail and packages in a timely manner. I must say that the mail man is really unfriendly. We speak to him. Nothing. We say thank you, nothing! How hard is it to be friendly? I know you're busy, I don't expect you to carry on a conversation. Just say you're welcome or I'm doing fine when asked. We live in Parkhill and had the same guy for years. His people that fill in for him are way friendlier.
