For some reason amazon keeps shipping packages through here when I ask them not to. They never show up on time. Online help center will tell me it's here, then I go up there and noone knows anything about it. This is ridiculous.
The bad reviews are weird. Super friendly staff, so nice to have nearby.
The workers in the building are kind, but my mailman is frustrating. I was to recieve a package today. The Out For Delivery turned into Delivery Attempted No Access. There was ZERO attempt by him or her to come up my driveway. No ticket or anything. I go to the post office and no surprise, my package is on the truck. Why put it in your truck if you are not going to attempt to deliver!?
I always have to shake my head when I find out my packages are being delivered via USPS, and particularly this distribution center. For some reason, I have multiple packages throughout the year that ship via UPS, and end up having to be processed and delivered by this USPS facility. It generally takes 5+ days from the time this location receives my package, to deliver it less than 5 miles away to my apartment. There is always a delay each and every time Usps handles my packages. FedEx and UPS 9/10 are prompt with no issues.
