From over all just not being helpful in office, they have terrible customer service over the phone, and over the last few months I’ve been left quiet a few passive aggressive notes in my mailbox, from the person delivering my mail. I find it extremely unprofessional to leave any sort of notes in the mailboxes. Do your job and nothing else.nManagement does not care to listen - IF you get ahold of them.nOver all the worst experience I’ve had with a postal service, hope to see a change in the crew or a change in attitude

Rude employees along with not being able to get ahold of anyone just makes me avoid USPS at all cost. Also there drivers seriously go like 30-40 down my 20mph dead end road.

Excellent services. Considering the snowfall build-up we had in January, they pushed through it without delays. Always reliable.

i wish they would answer my phone call. i just need to know if my package is in the lagrande location store or is in coming today in the mail

Best customer service ever. My package was suppose to have been delivered in La Grande on a Sat. and it had not arrived, but I had lost my tracking number. I called the post office on Monday and they tracked down the driver and found out that he had just delivered the package. Kelly called me back and even told me where it was put and everything. I was very very happy with the way I was treated. Thanks
