Mail is being put in the wrong mail boxes too often! How difficult is it to read numbers! I have picked up my neighbor's mail on the ground by my mailbox, and I am sure the carrier saw the mail on the ground also. The mail stayed there in the rain, even though the carrier did her turn around, and had to pass by the box again on the other side. I have had missing pension statements twice now! IMPORTANT MAIL with social security numbers!!nnUpdate: I received several pieces of my neighbor's mail. We don't speak, so I took it to the post office. I never received my mail that day. The mail was apparently switched accidentally, and since I didn't get a bill I forgot about it, and I am sure my neighbor threw it away. Do better or resign!!!
Worst Delivery Person ever. delivers mail to wrong apartments. i have to deliver mail to other apartments and now i am missing an important amazon package myself that usps says 'was delivered'. i am contact a supervisor at hq since locally they blow me off.

Absolutely shameful! I saw the mail lady run my box today and didn’t attempt to pull in my driveway. I was expecting a piece of equipment for my medically fragile son. Amazon told me via my Alexa they were unable to deliver the item due to not being able to locate the front door. The woman didn’t even attempt to get out of her car. It was raining. She needs to be fired. You can’t deny people mail because you don’t want to get your hair wet. How pathetic.
