The postal service at this office is certified lazy. I was waiting on my package to be delivered the Mail carrier came to the door knock one time, then jumped in the mail truck && sped out of the parking lot. I came outside I know they seen me trying to get their attention and they kept on going. Like really?! If you don’t want to do your job then quit! They pushed back the delivery time for the mail to be delivered all day, It went from 1:45PM to 5:45PM then to 6:15 PM. Then they wanted to put the tracking status as” Delivery failure”. It was a failure because they were being lazy... PERIOD!
My packages simply weren’t delivered. When calling the 800 number (1847) I was advised it was to be delivered by 8pm. However, due to your office closing at 8:30 pm EST and I am on CST the office was closed when I called. Also your system didn’t update that it was available for pickup until 8pm CST. But was noted at 6:32pm. I’m still wondering why when the regular mail was delivered my packages weren’t delivered. Was it because it was raining and the mailman/mailwoman was being lazy and didn’t want to get out in the rain??? I came to my mother-in-law house and waited from 3:45 pm until 8 pm for nothing. Why the mailman/mailwoman didn’t put an orange card in the mailbox saying they didn’t deliver it and to pick it up? Because it was suppose to be dropped off that’s why. And because the boxes were heavy and it was raining and they just refused to do their job and get out. Very unacceptable. The contents are sodas and there was a total of three boxes. Sad and unacceptable.
The mail clerks are very friendly and knowledgeable of mail protocol, costs and procedures. The custodian who works there is the friendliest man you ever want to meet. He always greets everyone with a smile. The building is always clean. This building is handicap assecible. Passports are not processed here, you must go to the post office downtown.
I was waiting on a package today the delivery driver didn't even try to leave it at my house even when I was in the back yard the excuse was animal interference and the only animals that are around were chicken and they were in the pin the driver never even tried to leave the item I needed I guess that's what I get for living in pine bluff lazy good for nothing drivers
