Though understaffed, through no fault of their own, they continue to give us personal, professional, and quality service. It can be confusing to those who don't live here full time, especially with Amazon and other suppliers who often won't deliver to PO Box or won't deliver to a personal address. But they do an amazing job trying to make the best of a very limited situation. We are grateful for their hard work. They take such good care of us!

not only have they ignored mail in my box when the flag is up by putting new mail on top and putting my flag down (leaving what they were supposed to take), but they consistently deliver my mail at 10pm and put my neighbors mail in my box and vice versa. however today is where i draw the line. i looked out my window bc my dog was barking (he was inside) to see the mail lady THROW my package over my fence. not gently either. we have fragile things being delivered and she is lucky this wasn’t broken. I have never seen someone run to their car as fast as she did when i came out of my house. she also has a history of leaving my packages on top of my fence post where it can be seen from the end of the street and basically says “hey come steal me”. i filled out the card to have packages left on my porch. not on my fence, or in the puddle in front of my fence (yes, she’s done that too) and not CHUCKED into my yard. i have filed a report. DO BETTER.

I had a package sent by Amazon to a vacation rental house in Rockaway. I even wrote a note to the mail carrier which I taped to the door with the date, my name, my signature and an explanation stating I wanted the package left at the doorstep. The mail carrier took my note and returned the package to the Post Office. I tried to call the local number and only got a fax line. I tried to call the national number and the recording stated there would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. Unbelievably bad service. I can't wait for all of my Amazon deliveries to come by Amazon carriers.

I purposely spoke with my carrier about my box possibly being blocked at times due to personal reasons that require that space for brief periods. She assured me she would honk and if no response would try to deliver the next day. Today I got a package marked DO NOT BLOCK BOX after taking care to warn ahead of time. The box had only been blocked for one day in the time period since I spoke with her. Not only was it rude but the car owner that blocked the box was experiencing a heart condition at the time or the car would have been at work not home. Add the fact she wrote on my PERSONAL GIFT made it even more insulting. How dare she. If my box is blocked then honk or try the next deliverable day. In all my years I've never had a carrier write on my packages. Some carriers actually have to get out of their vehicles and walk, this carrier should try it sometime.
