They NEVER answer the phone. They will reroute your packages to other states after it's already in your hometown's post office, which I don't understand. My mailman is nice, but other than that, ud83dudc4e.
The obese man at the front desk was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. He wouldn't help me with anything and told me I needed to go online and do it. I asked to talk to a manager and she solved my problem very easily. I feel like if he would have listened to the customer instead of getting a attitude then I would have gave a better rating. He needs to go through customer service training again.
Can’t they at least have hours that people who work can visit during to get our packages?
Been trying to get a package for ~1 week, first they flagged my address as invalid, then when I called to clear that up I was on hold for almost 2 hours, after that they sent my package which might I remind you was less than 5 miles away from where I live, all the way back to Memphis Tennessee. (I was told on the phone yesterday after clearing up the address that it would be here today, it's 3:46 and it's still in Memphis, what gives?)
They are always extremely helpful and get you the best price when your are sending packages. And typically no longer than a 3 minute wait in line.
