We have had issues with one box delivery for over 2 weeks now. We finally got our box but, the lady at this office (I wish I knew her name) is one of the least compassionate professional toward a customer we have ever dealt with. If anyone can pinpoint who this lady is, please report to management. She should not work in customer services. No issues with the office just this woman in particular.

Missing mail, mail delivered to neighbors, neighbors mail delivered to me, no longer at this address (for five years now) still being delivered to me. Mail I put in the box goes missing/undelivered to the intended recipient. Post man is as lazy as they come. Staff at the Gresham post office are stand offish, very rude, and think that I must be serving them vs. them serving me. Complaining to the 'file an online complaint' stating employee mis-conduct is the method I was encouraged to take after discussing this matter with a post master friend I have. I might add that my post master friend has re-assured me higher ups don't approve of this behavior and that most get away with it because no-one understands how to correctly report it. USPS file a report can be a helpful tool for those dealing with employees who are ill-informed on proper customer service. Updated on 8/14/2020 to show the ongoing issues with the Gresham, Or USPS. An important piece of mail was sent to me from a title company. You can see from the picture the post office marked this important letter as 'return to sender- no such number- unable to forward'. Really? I know I've stated this earlier in my review but I'll do so again. I've been living at my residence now for 5 plus years without a break. I'm STILL dealing with these issues on a REGULAR basis. UN-BELIEV-ABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helpful. Had problems with some mail order and they were well about it. My health problems have made getting to my Box difficult lately and am in recovery.

The individuals that work at this post office are awful. I’m always missing mail and packages. There have been numerous times my mail has been delivered to my neighbors. I’ve had a few packages say delivered in a parcel locker and nothing is there when I go to check (yes the parcel lockers have keys). Speaking with the individuals that actually work at the post office is another story. They are absolutely terrible. They are Rude, condescending and to be quite honest I find them to be liars.

I have never had so many issues with a post office ever. Recently I had to move suddenly/unexpectedly, and they literally forward nothing even with a mail forwarding in place. Currently at 6 times. This most recent time I even called ahead concerned because it is something a bit expensive. They told me it would be forwarded. And here we go, left with recipient at my old address. Sorry but the recipient doesn't live there. Each time I have been in the staff seem very impatient with me. I was even shush last time I was in because the worker was interested in a conversation someone else was having.nIf you can, I recommend going to a different office or working with another carrier. Your time nor business is respected at this location.
