Closest USPS to my house would rather drive 6 miles then be serviced by the rude oldlady who usually is working Wednesday at 11:00 am. She needs to be re trained on customer service because she has 0. On the other hand the black younger lady is very sweet and helpful.

Never again! I had to make a return on an item I bought online. I did a quick search on Google and this was the nearest place around me. I handed the lady my package and asked for a drop-off confirmation, her response was “we don’t do that here, it gets checked in at the airport”. I knew that was a red flag and I should’ve walked out. A week later and it’s still not in the tracking system or received on the other end. Pay attention to some of the other reviews!

Great service and contracted with usps same prices sense they are contracted. Wonderful ladies and very nice manger.

Tried to get information about the shop and the lady was speaking to fast and I kindly asked her can she repeat that and she got irritated and rudely tried to explain the rates but failed to do so.nBad customer service. Very impatient on her part. Lost a customer.
