Friendly and knowledgeable employees that go above and beyond to help you. Front desk agents, mail carriers and management all work together to get the mail and packages delivered on time or early. I appreciate all the hard work they do especially when it gets hot in the summer they are cruising without any complaints! Thank you USPS Troutdale!

Current staff are a bunch of disrespectful inattentive animals. Sure the lines go fast and are short, but if you want to have a PO Box, they gonna mess that up with an attitude. I kept receiving someone else's mail for months. I sent them back to the post office with notes about the incorrect mail. They kept putting the wrong mail in my mail box so I went to them to have that fixed. The lady at the front desk said she'll do so. Now they started putting the same mail I returned back into my mail box. So I searched for the receiver of that mail, found his contact, and had him go try and get his mail in his own proper box. Pretty frustrated with the service there.

Okay gave a star cause I can not give no stars. Post office didn't want to do their job, so they return a shipped order. They are federal employees who still have jobs but sure cant do their jobs.
