I accidentally sent packages to my old address four minutes away from my new address and Centerton and thought I would be able to get some help from the postal workers at the office. I was met with snide remarks and contempt as I tried to retrieve my package. I even saw one worker get rude with another customer when the customer mentioned he was on his lunch break. I will definitely not recommend these disrespectful, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable people at this location. It costs nothing to be kind.
A carrier knocked our mailbox off 2 months ago and we are still waiting for them to replace it. We have gone through several steps in this unbelievably lengthy process but it doesn’t seem like anyone is in any rush to fix their mistake. To make things worse, we are expected to visit the post office in person to pick up our mail and it has been this way since it was destroyed. We have to wait in line some 20 minutes or more sometimes just for the person behind the desk to ALWAYS be rude. They won’t provide a post office box and instead are asking that we pay $40 a month for it. For a mistake they made!! I’m seriously blown away at what an awful experience they’ve made this.
Staff is always cheerful and helpful! I always leave with a smile on my face. Excellent service and short wait.
