Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday, this location is closed on weekends. Reserved online, less than 4 minutes wait when I arrived, be sure to bring and wear a mask. Easy paperwork and off I went, the return was even easier.nDefinitely be back when I need a car or truck...nGreat people, they were all very friendly and very pleasant on the phone and in person.
My experience with Enterprise was excellent. I was impressed with the employees at the Gresham site especially Savannah. Professional and helpful with all my rental needs. However I have to down grade the vehicle I rented for a couple of deficiencies . Cruise Control would not function no mater how I followed the owner manual guide. The Perform Service light came on and in spite of my effort to stop it it would not go away. Both of these vehicle problems were quite frustrating during our rental period of one week. So bottom line: Employees get a 10 of 10. Vehicle gets a 4 of 10.
Picked up the rental during pandemic and while evacuating from fires. Despite their covid clean pledge, in fact it was NOT cleaned at all! Dusty, food literally smudged in back seats, greasy fingerprints on seats! And pet hair everywhere!! I was appalled they had the nerve to rent out a car for the $, while risking my family's health! I can't stress enough the stress this brought on our family. When I showed them the pictures they were shocked and offered me a $20 discount! ud83eudd23 Never again! I am happy to say I will be reporting this to everyone.
I needed a rental due to car in the shop. They didn't have a little car available so got upgraded at a suv so glad they did that I really took advantage of that ud83dude06 reserved online was fast and easy return was also fast and easy great experience with all the associates o spoke to when pick up and drop off was done.
Car was not cleaned before my wife got it. It was not all messy but there were sunglasses in the back seat on the seat. Passenger side door had finger prints on glass. Beef jerky wrapper underneath the front passenger seat. You would think with all the covid 19 stuff going on that they would want to clean the car fully and sanitize the surfaces.
