Overall, I was pleased with the service. The Rental service employees were friendly and accommodating. I thought the price was a bit high ($350/6 days). I was charged for 7 and actually used the car for 6. I had to extend the rental for a couple extra days so I didn’t mind the extra charge. The car I was given was a beautiful 2020 Ford Fusion. If you’ve never driven one I’m telling ya... you’re missing out. Super Dope. I would rent from Enterprise again in the future.
John works miracles! I don't know if he'll appreciate this review, as I'm sure he doesn't wish all his customers make habit out of last minute bookings, BUT, we flew in on a weekend and he made magic happen for us! There was a beautiful well-taken care of Suburban waiting at the airport for us. He confirmed the drop-off was made, complete with picture of where to leave the keys upon return. His response time was excellent and a receipt came over flawlessly at the conclusion. He saved the day! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us! Above and beyond!
Car was very roomy & the rental was hassle free.
Not sure what's going on. I have a reservation for this weekend, I hope, I just tried to return a voicemail I received while in a college class. I've been on hold for over 40 minutes, and the branch closes in 30 minutes. Pretty sure they are just avoiding my call since it is the end of the day. I guess I have to call tomorrow. Even though I called with over an hour left to settle whatever they needed.
