Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don't know what the gentleman's name was, but he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient with me. He helped me get hooked up through Bluetooth and explained all the gadgets to me. Very pleasant experience for sure! We will rent through Enterprise again in the future because of him.

Very helpful and friendly. Business called to verify rental day prior to picking up vehicle and called me first day of renting to see if I was happy with my rental and to check up to inquire of any issues. The rental performed great. Pick up and drop off observed social distancing and personal protection. All transactions took place outside the business. Would rent from Enterprise again.

My experience was a somewhat nervous one.nnI felt on edge while the car was in my possession simply becauseneven though I told the agent that we have our own auto insurance,nI was asked to purchase more just in case two or three times in that single visit. I began to wonder if the agent had a crystal ball:)nnBut,nnbecause I felt somewhat pressured to consider their company insurance, in addition to my own, I left their lot feeling apprehensive as to the quality and coverage of my own insurance.nnThis was a new foundation of fearnduring the car rental experiencenthat I don't remember feeling so strongly before.nnThe reason is probably twofold.nOne is that I haven't rented a car in over a year and a half,nbut I use to quite often. And the second is probablyntheir extensive sells pitch to purchase their companyninsurance right before you drive off the lot in their vehicle.nnThis pitch was made even though,nI told them we have our own auto insurance,nand we have had it for years without a problem.nnHowever, I do plan to rent from them againnin the future... Lord willing:)nnThey were very friendly btw:)

Luis was great in helping me set up my reservation at the Lafayette location. Tyler was quick and efficient in getting me through the paper work and on my way when I picked up the vehicle. Drop off at the Indianapolis airport could not have been easier. Drove up, handed keys to attendant and left. Great job Enterprise.

Amazing customer service. Emily and Phillipe did an excellent job of providing us with excellent and friendly customer service. Price for our rental vehicle was under what we were expecting. We only use Enterprise for our rental purposes.
