The buses are clean, the drivers are friendly and it is generally pretty quiet unless you get on when high school kids are on their way home. The buses are not always on time for their routes, but they usually are.

Thank you for providing an essential service to those who rely on public transportation to get to work, run errands, etc. Keep up the good work!

CityBus Depot has changed where there bus’s park. Make sure you read the bus’s Next Stop signage is accurate.

The routes and the areas of the city that are accessible by bus are not terrible, but the drivers are an absolute nightmare. Today a driver decided he was going to pull out, and it did not matter that I was directly beside him. Praise the Lord that no one was right beside me in the other lane, but if I had not swerved immediately, he would have plowed into the front end of my car without hesitation. Previous experiences have included multiple drivers coming within inches of my car while making a turn in parking lots where there was not space and one driver nearly mowing me down (the bus side mirror came within inches of my head/shoulder) while I was a pedestrian trying to navigate deep snow to reach a bus stop. The amount of reckless driving CityBus tolerates from its employees is unacceptable.
