Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I walked in on short notice to rent a car. I needed it for the next day. Nick was on duty. He told me he had a few people ahead of me, but that he would call me. He worked with me on giving me the best possible rate. He explained everything clearly and I signed up for a car. The next day I went to pick up a car. Once again Nick was on duty. He offered me two different cars and gave me the specs so I could select the car that would work best for me. I appreciate the fact that during these times Nick represents Enterprise as a top notch place for a rental. I will return to Nick at Enterprise when I need a rental.

Excellent customer service, car was great and clean, didn't have a single issue. I don't rent from anyone but Enterprise anymore. Top notch!

I have been an enterprise customer for years now and have always been amazed by their dedication to an easy and friendly experience. This Sagamore Parkway location has such an incredible team of workers who make the rental process so simple and enjoyable. Their staff have always greeted me with enthusiasm and top-notch care; going out of their way to call me directly beforehand to confirm my reservation details. Good customer service and dedicated hard work is difficult to come by these days, and it can definitely be found at this location. I hope that Enterprise knows how special a team they have there and give them much acclaim.
