Avis Car Rental

The car was fine, but once on the road we noticed how dirty it was. The car was pretty dinged up too, I'm hoping they were all recorded so I don't get charged. There was a slip of paper saying how the car was sanitized, but there is no way.bwe found food wrappers, a dirty old mask, and ashes in the car.

Called to ask a question and Erin the manager talked down to me like I should know these details ahead of time. If I did I guess she wouldn’t need to work there. It really doesn’t take very much to be kind to people. I would advise Erin to learn this to avoid losing business in the future.

As I was reading the reviews I was thinking how could these reviews be tied to the location in Lafayette! Every time I go to the Lafayette location I am treated with nothing but respect. If there is not a car for me in the class I reserved I am upgraded to a different car no questions asked no extra fee! I absolutely love this location and would Not go to a different company or location at ALL! Joe and Erin ( I so hope I spelled it right) have the best customer service there is, also as a customer if you do your own part the service will follow. If your prepaying please read the terms and conditions& policies and procedures, don’t expect for it to go a different way. They have to follow rules/policies just like you do at your own work. Anyway every time I rent with budget in Lafayette on Sagamore prkwy I am always a a satisfied customer! No matter what happens they always take good care of me !! Thank you Erin and Joe for the great service and the great cars!
