It was confusing. No one in the parking lot to ask questions. Once we found the signs that said write down mileage time & fuel we we're ok. If you have lots if bags & someone with you drop them off at departures. You have a short walk over bumpy pavement to the rental counter where you will turn in your keys & all the info you wrote down. The staff I side we're very helpful. I left a cellphone magnet in the vent & they were kind enough to retrieve it for me even though it had already been taken to the shop. Great service! Great car! Thanks

Parking at South Bend airport is stress free. I live in Dallas and love SBN! reminds me of when I was a boy living in Mishawaka. It's really never changed
