Marcus employee 34649 was fantastic! Our plan arrived a few minutes late and AVIS closes at 8PM. We were so worried everything would be shut down. Instead, Marcus greeted us with a huge smile and was happy to help! I do not know many people that are so happy to help people at 8:10PM at night when you close at 8PM but Marcus made us feel like we were his first customers of the day! Marcus thank you! We had such an amazing experience, the car was AMAZING, AVIS was fantastic and we just appreciated the entire experience!!!!! Thank you Marcus - when we arrived back on Sunday you were there again - now at 3 PM - with that same bright welcoming smile! Thank you for making our experience fantastic! The Tarasenko family was very appreciative of AVIS and Marcus!

It was a good car but it was not clean when I first got in it. The clerk was very nice but did not wear a mask when I checked it out.nReturning the car was strange. It was an open parking lot with no direction where to leave the car for AVIS since all other rental company cars with parked everywhere in no order and that you could drop the keys in a box or walk to counter in terminal. LONG walk to terminal (in the winter with snow not sure I could drag my bag that far). A HERTZ employee was there and told me where the AVIS line of cars were located.

I planned my rental 30 days in advance. When I got there I was td my selected vehicle was not available because the previous renters was to return it 3 hours earlier and extended his rental. If Avis truly cleans, checks for mechanical issues and sanitized their vehicles between uses, there is no way it would have been ready. Instead of calling me and telling me my vehicle was not available they gave me a 2 class downgrade and then tried to charge me the full value of the vehicle I did not get. The vehicle I did get was dirty and had open beer containers left from previous renter.

Car was fine. When I picked the car up it was filthy. I had taken pictures and immediately cleaned it out myself as I didn’t have time to call and change vehicles. Very disappointing with a global pandemic among us.

Marcus your agent at SBN airport, goes above and beyond for your customers. My flight arrived after 8pm, the time in which your counter closes at SBN. I contacted Marcus a few days before letting him know that my flight would be arriving late. He promised me he would wait until my flight arrived. Not only did he wait he greeted me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of. Today when I returned the car and rent another one for the week. I was once again greeted by Marcus who remembered me by name and was also aware of my new rental. He said Mr Garcia I have your next rental ready and waiting. Marcus is definitely and asset to your company. I hope you will recognize him in some way for his outstanding customer service. Thanks Brian
