It's not where Google physically shows it on the map but the lady who works there is super nice
If I could give Avis 0 stars I would. They over charged me for a rental which was only 366.00 and they end up charging my card 509.12. I was changed for gas and one more day. I called the 1800 number and they told me I would get my money back in 5 to 7 business day.. and here it is 15 days later and i still haven't got my money back. I call a day ago and they said it going to take 48 hours to get my money back and i still havent got any of my money back.. they Rob me of my money. I will never go back to them. Emprice is so much better and nicer and they dont rob you and treat you with respect there.
This location has gone through some changes over the years, but the team here now is great. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received and in many cases they have bent over backwards to accommodate a request I have made. I will continue giving them my business because it is a convenient location for me and because they have earned my trust and respect.
From my experience, this car rental service usually has the cheapest price when I am shopping around to take a car out of town for a few days or 1-day or if it is even a week or two or a month they are usually cheaper then the competitor car rental service in town. I use them when I drive to Orlando a few times a year and they save me a few dollars here and there in the long run and don't pressure you to want to buy insurance on the rental car when you really don't need the insurance in the first place
I set out for a mini road trip to Indianapolis to see a friend and go to a concert – since my car is not in the best of shape to make that long drive, I rented a car for the first time with Avis. I had such a great experience with my rental that I wanted to extend my rental for another week ”just because”! It was easy as pie to book online, I applied my discounts and the rate was phenomenal for a weekly rental! The ease of picking up the car was smooth, the Avis rep was very friendly and helpful and I was on my way. The car drove great and the return of the car was just as simple as the pick-up. I would definitely recommend Avis for your personal or business car rental! I can’t wait until my road trip next summer – I will be renting again from Avis!
