I do not recommend this rental location. Buyer beware and then when you question the transactions and hidden fees I was told “I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere.” Choose a different rental service, I know I will from now on.
So I was asked for my SSN by the older lady that works there and since I never rented a car before I thought it was needed. She told me it didnt go through? I don't understand why but she still charged me onsite. So I call for a refund and the man that answers says he doesn't understand the problem. I'm so upset, I literally lost around $700. They also blocked my phone number so now I cant call again. Btw how can you charge someone and NOT GIVE them a vehicle!?
Tim and Christina are simply the kindest and most professional duo you will ever meet. They are experts at customer service and I always look forward to seeing their friendly faces. They make the rental process a pleasure and stress-free and always take good care of me. There is absolutely no other place I would rent from locally. Hands down, they are the best!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Even if we run into a problem, it is resolved immediately. I rent from this location several times a month, and have no interest in looking at their competitors. Tim and staff, keep it up! Appreciate what you do for your customers.
