Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was clean...excellent service.

Made a reservation, went to pick it up. NO one was there. They decided to go home early. I called and asked where they are. Reply was to wait until 7 a.m. someone will be there by then. I was stranded at the airport until 1a.m. in the morning when I was able to hitch a ride. I was told to take a cab and call back in the morning to get a reimbursement. Up tell now nothing! Unacceptable!

The branch's manager, Jacqueline Batteast was super helpful, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend her branch. Thank you for a great rental experience.

Had a reservation for over 2 months was told a week before that a major credit would be needed, and when we asked if we could pay a day early due to time constraints ( less paperwork to go through on pick up day) they said we would have to pay for 2 days.. Was a loyal enterprise customer for years, I think I will take my money elsewhere..

Ive been renting from Enterprise for years so this has nothing to do with the actual company. My dissatisfaction is with one employee that calls himself a Branch Assistant Manager (Dominique Ellis) South Bend, Michigan st. location.To be a Manager i feel a person needs to be attentive, compassionate, sharp and display a relentless effort to make sure both parties are happy.... He did nether! He avoided and ignored the issue at hand and tried push it over to another branch when the car was rented from his office. His customer service needs major improvement and he walks around like he has a chip on his shoulder. Whatever he is dealing with he needs to leave it at home. Thanks to Sarah for actually doing her job and always having a great attitude!
