Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The pickup I rented:nn1. Had dirt / crumbs in every nook and cranny. The exterior of the truck was dirty; it had not been washed for my rental.nn2. Frequently provided the warning alert, “this vehicle requires oil change.”nn3. Had just over 1/4 of a tank of gas. I learned that I would not be credited for returning with more gas than as received, but O would be charged if it was less.nnI expected more from Enterprise, especially for $100/ day.

So convenient. They brought the car to the body shop when I dropped off my car there. Everything was set up in the parking lot in a matter of minutes! Thank you, Enterprise.

Wonderful, pleasant, competent staff! Very efficient to work with, my experience here with Mark and Karie is always wonderful.

Expensive!!! Nice vehicle and good customer service but I think I will need to change who I rent from due to cost. Sorry Enterprise...been with you for awhile now too. :(
