The staff there is super friendly and are very hard workers. They do the best with what they have. They just don't get the cars they need. 4 out of 5 times I've had to take a different level of car than I wanted which was an inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was delivered to the dealership where my vehicle was being repaired. The car they gave me was a non-smoking vehicle, but someone was smoking in it and the odor was still there. Had an issue with the car, so they gave me another car.

Rented a car to go to nc and Nashville tn.... came back got a email yesterday stated I was charged for a toll I did not even go through. Called enterprise, no help there. The toll road said it went through Illinois which I never even been to during that time. So watch you bill and emails for toll charges you may not have been through. I am calling the toll company as enterprise in valpo wasnt much help but have me numbers.

BEWARE!! Hit a deer recently and had to go through enterprise for a vehicle. I was WRONGLY informed and tricked into getting their “coverage”. I have allstate full coverage already and was told by the guy that by signing this line, you give permission to bill allstate if any accidents occur while this vehicle is in your possession. So ok, didn’t think twice signed the line and was charged 130$. Didn’t know why. Come to find out, I signed for their coverage. So they tricked me into signing a contract for double coverage on the rental. Knowing my full coverage covered any damages, they wrongly informed me and tricked me into signing. Called the manager at the valpo location and explained the situation and was told too bad you signed the contract! So because their workers either weren’t trained correctly and don’t know what their doing or the company trains them that way to get more money, I’m out 130$ and now can’t pay a bill! Lol thanks a lot enterprise! Don’t be tricked like I was!!! Go figure I’m a young girl and was by myself! Of course they’d target me.

Worst customer service ever. We have rented from the Hobart location several times and Never had any issues. This time we choose Valpo because of location and they added several undisclosed add on cost(insurances) we did Not even need. We rushed to return vehicle so we would not be charged an additional day and was still charged an additional day. Go see Ian or Brittany in Hobart! Don't let these scum bags treat you poorly and drain your account as they did us!
