The manager called me 48 hours after I made a reservation to tell me that they didn’t have any cars in stock. The manager proceeded to chuckle as I explained my outrage of why it took a full 2 days to let me know they don’t have any cars. Now I have to take time out of my day to schedule with another company for my business trip. Totally unprofessional and I will be reaching out to corporate. Absolutely unprofessional and the manager thought it was all funny with his giggles. I don’t recommend using such an unprofessional company that doesn’t have any regard to the traveling customer.

Wonderful staff. Always friendly and helpful. I average 55 rentals each year and at least 50 come from this location even though it's not the closest one to me. I've never had an issue with the staff or vehicles in all the years that I've been renting from Hertz. If they are over booked blame corporate, not the location. Every transportation company from rental agencies to airlines overbook due to cancellations and no shows.

Terrible experience, which sounds similar to other reviews on here. Had a vehicle reserved, only to find out when I called with the questions the day before pickup that they didn't have anything available for me. The lady was obscenely rude, and had zero sympathy for us. First said they tried to contact us but couldn't get a hold, and then switched here story to that they didn't have our contact info, which from the confirmation form I saw they did. When I tried to explain our disapproval she hung up on me!! We had to buy last second $600 flights. If you don't want your vacation ruined like ours, avoid this location at all costs.

If you are staying near this location definitely recommend. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had easy pick up and drop off. We reserved on the app. Make sure bring your AAA number to get additional discounts.

Best rental location this side of the Mississippi, maybe anywhere. Always treated like a friend. The staff is courteous and professional.
