Good car fast service 👍
I reserved a car from here, which they did not have. They told me the would have a car in 4 hours. I took an Uber here and was now stranded far from any other car rental company. The way I was treated by the customer service representative was unprofessional at best (he cursed and lied and threatened me). I rent cars, fly, stay at hotels all the time, and this was without a doubt the craziest interaction I've ever had with a front line facing person.
Avis team in Santa Fe is great! I have been an Avis customer for years (mostly through my former company for business) . Since I have retired I am treated with the same excellent service. They always provide me a great automobile and ensure my needs are met. I highly recommend them.
