excellent customer service even with all the covid-19 preparedness
The cust service person at the location was unfriendly and used monosyllables to converse, to the point of rudeness.
The car was being prepared when we arrived as it had just been returned by a previous renter. It was clean and filled our needs while giving us great fuel efficiency. I did not rate my experience with Budget a 10, because although we have rented from Budget several times, the last time I received a call from someone representing Budget, over a month after renting the car, telling me I owed a few thousand dollars for damage, even though there was none and no one said anything when that car was returned. With that exception, all my experiences with Budget were very professional, as I would have expected.
Uncomplicated, friendly professional service
The whole experience was effortless. The car was exactly what we needed. Picking up and turning it back in was easy. The price was good.
