Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had gotten a rental here on 9-6-20 we had an appointment scheduled. When we got there we waited about an hour for them to fix the windshield and try to clean the vehicle they were in a rush. One of the tires was so low on air. The guy was very helpful. Lizzy the manager I just spoke to was no help what so ever. We turned the vehicle in on 10-15-20 and one of the seats didn't go down. Which we did not touch. Now we are waiting to see if they can fix it. When they were in a rush and weren't ready this vehicle was not checked right. When we got it the tire pressure was so low on it. I am not a very happy customer and I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I recommend you go somewhere else. I will be calling corporate. Terrible terrible. I refuse to pay for something we did not do. Luckily I have pictures and times we were in and how low the tire was. Yeah they checked the car so good that the tire was so low. Great job smh. Save yourselves from the hassle and go somewhere else.

Since I've moved to Santa Fe, NM. I've been renting cars at both Enterprise locations on St. Michael and Cerrillos Rd. Good customer services and nice agents.

Normally, my experience at Enterprise on St. Michael's is stellar. We rent from there on a fairly regular basis. Their staff has always treated us with care and kindness. Not so much this last time. We had to travel to Oklahoma after a family death from COVID. None of our usual employees were there to help us, someone new with a very "corporate" attitude handled the transaction. We rented our car and returned it with no problems. About an hour or so after we got home, the young man called us and told us that we needed to file a claim with our insurance because upon washing the car they found "hail damage" on the hood. This was after they'd received the car with no problems or damage reported. We told him we absolutely were not going to file a claim and that there was no hail anywhere during our trip. We can easily back that up with a NOAA report if need be. He threatened us and called us liars. He then told us to expect a call from their corporate office. It's been a week and a half and we haven't heard anything, which makes sense. Although, an apology would have been nice. We rely on Enterprise to get us around when we need a more reliable vehicle. Like I said, their staff has always been stellar and we never have any issues. I wouldn't have written a review but I keep getting emails requesting feedback, so I've obliged. Now I'm trepidatious about renting from them again, because I do not want to have to deal with such a smug employee.

THERE WAS ONLY 1 CAR AVAILABLE ($180/DAY), THE MOST EXPENSIVE. I DID GET A DISCOUNT, BUT WAS TOLD EVERYONE WAS CHARGING OVER $100 A DAY BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC.. I CALLED AROUND AND FOUND 1 BLOCK AWAY I COULD GET A GREAT CAR FOR $32 A DAY SO I SWITCHED. I USED ENTERPRISE EXCLUSIVELY FOR YEARS BUT I PROBABLY WONT ANYMORE.

We had an excellent experience recently with Enterprise in Santa Fe. Lizza, the manager, is exceptional, and her team works hard to make sure customers are taken care of.
