Everything from start to finish was perfect. I reserved a Ford fusion. I went to pick up my rental and I was offered a 2020 Toyota Tacoma for the same price as the Ford fusion. I happily said yes. It took about 10 minutes to pick up my truck. Extra insurance was offered but they aren't pushy. I had to pay a $200 deposit because I was paying with a debit card. If you use a major credit card, you don't have to pay a deposit. I expected to pay a deposit and I was charged the exact price I was quoted. I was worried about hidden fee's. I returned the truck 3 days later, 15 minutes late. I expected a late fee but I didn't get a fee. I got my deposit back 3 days later. I paid exactly what I expected to pay and I enjoyed the truck. This Santa Fe location did a great job. Thanks!
Tiffany was absolutely amazing when it came to helping us out!! She explained everything in great detail and helped walk us through the entire process. We had some last minute vehicle issues while out of town for vacation. Tiffany was able to get us in a vehicle and back on the road in no time!! When we have to rent a vehicle again, you can be we'll be back to see Tiffany to get fixed up!! Thanks Tiffany for the help and great experience!!!
The staff are kind and respectful. The selection of vehicles is good. I rented a Dodge Journey and paid an extra fee for additional insurance, which didn't cost me much more. Several days after returning the Dodge I realized I left a first aid kit in it. I called Enterprise and asked an employee to look for it. Not too long after that my first aid kit was found and an employee called me to let me know they had it. We had some laughs about the mishap when I picked it up.
Outstanding service and exceptional accommodations: this location found us the only minivan available in the whole area and made sure we were happy and satisfied. Brenden took care of us from start to finish. Thank you!
Worst experience ever renting a car, which I've never had an issue with in my life before coming here.
BEWARE- the manager BRANDON is a JERK and will try to over charge you. When you call him out on it, he will put the price back to normal and then say he is giving you a "break". He is a terribly rude person with a nasty personality. If you absolutely must come to this location, speak to Danny instead, he is a much better manager. Brandon should be FIRED.
