It was ok,
John has bent over backwards to help his customers. Seriously a huge blessing to our family when we needed a vehicle ASAP on a holiday weekend no less. Give that man a raise. Great customer service. I only wish other locations reflected his passion for people and doing right by a customer. Highly recommended.
Inside windshield was dirty ( maybe smoke scum ) outside windows and mirrors had water spots all over them, Wheels were also not cleaned verynwell. other parts of interior were very clean. I was offered early pick up & transaction went smooth. I had after hours drop off. Overall good experience with office person.
I gave a 4 because I requested a bigger vehicle but I got a smaller one it still fit us but it was a tight fit the sevice was great though and I appreciate them.
In general, I prefer to rent cars locally. However, while trying to return the car recently, the office was locked and the only person available was the car washer, who could not access the building. As a result, I waited for over a half hour, then left the keys in the dropbox. I later was emailed a receipt showing that the car was returned one hour late when in reality it was one hour early. They do not have the staff required to keep this office open during the posted hours. Disappointed.
