Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Phil the Mgr. at the Enterprise in Plymouth is a great representative for their company. Always has my car ready with fast friendly service. felt safe renting recently with COVID 19 as I know he is taking care of the customers by ensuring the vehicles are clean and safe.

Very nice, clean environment, polite and prompt.

Used the Plymouth, Indiana, Enterprise office for a one way rental out-of-state. Interacted with 3 representatives—all knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The only negative was the lack of USB ports on the 2019 Dodge Caravan. However, the Caravan was a free upgrade, so not worth whining about. All in all, this office was great

It said to call when ready for your pick up. I called and they said they are not doing that right now. So take it off of website or inform prior to reservations. I had to walk to get the car. Then they said they don't have the car I reserved so I get something else. Dropped myself of to airport, followed return policy. Was charged a second day. No one there to hand the keys to!nI had to call, wait for 30 minutes and go over this to get them to refund me. Not the best experience to say the least.....
