Zipcar Location

It has been a great experience so far. There was one day I thought I wrongly got charged a large late fee but it turns out it was a simple misunderstanding/mistake on my part and they explained how to avoid it next time, customer service was super helpful and refunded me since it was a first mistake. Thanks for being awesome.

I have been using Zip Car for years in a variety of cities around the world...a great service all round. No Complaints at all. Thanks for the friendly service and continually striving to make the system easier to use.

We use it all the time. Vehicles used to be right outside, but they moved them and now we have to walk about 4-5 blocks to get to the nearest one. Prices are good if you sign up for the 5for5, but business class adds nothing and only makes it more expensive.

I went to pick up my Zipcard at the downtown office and ask some questions as a new member. I immediately felt like an annoyance for interrupting the employee's personal phone conversation (his name is Jake and he should be fired). He did not get off the phone to help me, but rather kept the phone to his ear and quickly got me my card. I told him I had a few questions, which he seemed displeased to hear. I asked one or two questions (though I had many more), and he answered them quickly, while still holding the phone to his ear and talking to the person on the other end between my questions. I went into the office hoping to gain insight into using the program, but the experience was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I came in on 04/23 (also another time a few months back). The guy in the front heavy set, beard, etc. Was not helpful. I asked if I could get a replacement access key, and only asked for my license. Then gives me the key and says nothing. I ask if I could use the computer to make a reservation, keep in mind I was in a bit of an emergency, and he just points to one. It was obvious I was struggling a bit to make a reservation, but he didn't help. Only after a few minutes did he condescendingly tell me to do things (from his desk), and I was a bit frustrated and told him I can do it myself.nnAll in all, this is just a repeat experience for me. It was awkward because I could feel him staring me down as I was trying to make a reservation, but not getting out of his chair to help me. The same thing happened the last time I came in. To top it off, after finally making my reservation, I politely said thank you. In return I was not acknowledged.nnI am not trying to bash this person. I am merely stating what happened to me today and the last time I came in. I hope that someone higher than him does see this, and does something. As a customer, I felt judged and stupid because I had to do things on my own. I shouldn't have to feel that way if I'm giving you my money in exchange for a service.nnThank you for making me feel like this, not once but twice. You've lost me as a customer and I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
