Yikes.nnI had to completely change around my plans for a trip after receiving a call that they had absolutely no cars available, were something like 8 cars overbooked, and didn't even have enough available for insurance claims.nnYou simply have to stop the overbooking, it's just sad. It's wasting people's time, hurting their time-sensitive trips, and potentially wasting money if they need to pick up from a more expensive place in a hurry.

Jadeep (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He made the process a breeze and my experience spectacular. I should note though, the car itself didn't seem to be very well cleaned. There was a sticky substance all over the center console.

According to hertz website this location is permanently closed.

I rented a car from this location because I had been in an accident. I was told to return the car on October 18th. I returned the car on October 18th at 11 PM. I was later charged a late fee because I supposedly returned it on the 20th. I have called at least 10 times to get my money back because of THEIR mistake, and they kept telling me that they sent the information above them. FINALLY, today, January 14th, almost three months later, I was given a number to their corporate billing office. I gave the guy my information and within 5 minutes, he said my refund should be back on my card in 5-7 business days. It's absolutely ridiculous how long this refund took. I will never rent a car from this location again.

No major negative experience but they do need some more training on better customer service. While not rude, it seemed the employee seemed rushed and unwilling to put any effort to explain things or complete certain steps in the rental process.
