Budget Car Rental

Due to Covid and staff shortage, there was no one manning the desk when I arrived to get my car. I had to call the number on the door and wait for about five minutes for the woman to assist me. When she arrived, she was kind and courteous, but she had just been cleaning cars because she was the only one working. So she did seem a little stressed out. However, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt under the circumstances. My car was clean, everything worked and it was priced right.nI chose this location because of the convenience of not having to go to the airport to pick up my car.

Horrible customer service. I had a reservation made online and spoke with Mark Fabbri at this location and he confirmed that they had 2 compact vehicles on hand that were available for me to choose from. I told him I would arrive within 1 hour and he said he would hold the car for me. When I got there within the hour he said, we don't have any vehicles, I just rented them both out. What is the point of a reservation then??? What is the point of calling and confirming??? I had to go to the airport to get a vehicle. Buyer beware!
