Budget Car Rental

The 2 Gentlemen Who were working this morning are the Bomb. Having problems with the website yesterday trying to make a reservation, was there at 10am when they opened. Website was still freezing so ended up calling. Reservation was for an economy yet ended up in an SUV. Once the reservation was made it was a smooth quick process. I just wanted to Thank the 2 Gentlemen for how well they handle themselves under pressure

DON'T RENT HERE! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!nThey took $100 from me and lied on the contract. Customer Service have never fixed the problem. They will give you rentals in a different cars and will back charge and change the account information. The guy at the counter will flirt with all the ladies and lie right there. Some lady comes up there and sit and interacts with the customers that he's seeing and get into it with the customers. This location is pure JUNK! They operate very unprofessionally.. DON'T RENT HERE!

If I could give negative reviews I would. This is a warning to every single person who wants to rent from these horrible people! My friend and I rented a Jeep in Colorado Springs paid $167 for two days. The Jeep was dead they jump started it we drove it for one hour and it was completely dead we missed out on a whole day because we just had to sit around waiting for someone to come jump it which they said it was free because we paid extra for full coverage (it’s a joke don’t even bother) finally the next day we were able to bring it in and get a new one because they said they would charge us for them to deliver a new one and take the BROKEN ONE away. We added another day and when we brought it in to return it we were overcharged like mad! Almost $500 more dollars! We were livid and the manager just said “sorry but not my problem” and they also said budget.com has no affiliation with budget cars so the only way for us to complain or get a refund was to contact the website because it’s their problem not ours. So I emailed them. No answer. Now three weeks later I get an email saying they’re charging me FOR THE JUMPSTARTS. Another $200!!! So I emailed them again so let’s hope these horrible people at their money hungry company has some kind of heart and will change something but I don’t have high hopes! I hope every single person reading this will NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been a nightmare that I just can’t even afford. This company has taken so much from me and my friend with remorse. Just don’t even bother unless you have money to throw away because they will take anything and everything you have.

Always very accommodating. Sometimes they don't have very many vehicles on site and their vehicles haven't been fully cleaned because they get pretty busy at times. Even so, I've always been helped very quickly.

The worst place ever, my day was set. I went there to rent a car. They told me to add more money to my account I was approved and that would be all I had to do was make sure I had enough on my card to hold a deposit. I ran back and forth to the bank to find out I still couldn’t rent a vehicle. You think they would tell you that you’re either approved or not before you say make sure you have enough money on your card. I’m still upset. I needed the car for work. ud83dude2b
