Avis Car Rental

Nothing but excellent service and friendly people. Literally have been using them for months since my engine went cause I don't have the best of credit. Huge thumbs up, I would recommend to anyone

We had our personal car breakdown on a cross-country move this past week and needed a rental car. No other rental companies in the area were able to assist us either due to a lack of cars or a lack of willingness to take the vehicle 1 way. Eric at Avis helped us find a car that would fit our possessions and helped us get the best price to get back on the road to our new home. I can not thank him enough!

The process of renting the vehicle was fast, easy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Returning the vehicle was effortless. I would highly recommend renting from Avis.

Made a reservation through Costco because I saw it was $4 cheaper than renting from Enterprise. I originally booked through AVIS and called to ask a simple question, “Do you offer pick up?” and the lady on the phone starts talking, in a rude manner as if I should know the answer to the question I asked. Telling me they don’t have the staffing to offer that, which was fine. She then continues on and says something about leaving the car at Avis for them to use for _______ couldn’t understand because the line was cutting out so I asked for clarification and she raises her voices out of annoyance for asking her to repeat herself.nWell, after my rude experience I decided to cancel my booking and go with a different company. So I reserved a car through budget.... when I call to ask the same question. The lady answers and says, “Uh ,ma’am you just called us and we answered the question for you.” (Again, very rudely and in a manner which insisted I knew Avis and Budget were the same company) All I said was, “Oh so Avis and Budget are the same company? I didn’t realize that....”nLiterally never heard of them before. Now I know why.... Needless to say, cancelled my booking with them as well and ended up booking with Enterprise.nnEnterprise usually offers pick up, but when I called them they explained to me they are no longer offering the service because of COVID, which was fine. Not only did Enterprise answer my question. They were kind and let me know what I can do instead. They were patient and helpful. Definitely ok with paying $4 extra dollars for better service.

I have been renting from Avis for at least 7 years and I have never had any problems with this company. They are friendly, professional, and the prices are great!!
