These ppl are never on time been waiting 2hrs for a return ride home getting to your destination if you take the earliest appointment your ok but return rides home are horrific never ever on time there drivers are pushed to the max but still remain polite I feel for them if your ill waiting on these ppl will make you evene sicker I cant yell you how much I want to cry right now I'm in so much pain from sitting and waiting this is so sad
After a major injury I was confined to a wheelchair. Not being able to transfer to a vehicle, I needed wheelchair transport. NWI Transport provided excellent service. They always communicated promptly and fit me into the schedule last minute. I have used them 3 times now and I'm extremely happy. Pricing is the best and cannot be beat.
