I rented a vehicle for approximately 2 1/2 months from the Hammond location and received the best service from everyone there.nnHowever if I have to commend someone for their expertise of service it would be Nicholas Cossyleon. He treated me with the utmost respect for the service he provided for the past 2 1/2 months. I'm forever grateful for the service he provided. The first time I rented a vehicle, they didn't have one for me. But the store associate Joe made surenI would get a vehicle the same day, and he did. They also make renting a car is easynAnd fast, the cars are clean and sanitized. All the associates are friendly and easy to talknto. I would definitely recommend to rent a vehicle from them.

Rented from these guys/gals back in October 2019 & February this year so not a recent experience. Nevertheless, I just wanted to give them some praise since they were great! Smooth experiences on both occasions which was very welcome since it was my first time in the US (Let alone driving there). We got a fiesta the first time which was actually handy for getting used to the roads. Then second time I went for an upgrade and got some sort of KIA saloon which was lovely.nnThough I'm unlikely to return to Hammond, if I were to, I'd be renting with these guys.nnMany thanks from the Northern British guyud83dude04

When I first go to enterprise I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. I told the young lady that was helping me I was a Geico policy holder. My adjuster told me I would get a 60% discount on a rental car. She gave me the body shop discount even after I had told her I was a Geico policy holder. I went back into the building to talk to her and the manager (Nick) took over and gave me my discount. The car stunk like weed inside, and was dirty. I drove that for a week and then switched to something less smelly and comfortable. Nick took care of me and made sure I got a good car. He’s a great manage/person. Thanks again Nick
