Fast, Friendly and cars are always clean. I rent from this facility at least 3 times a month. I work with John and he is the best. He was out last week and I came in to get my car and was not too happy with the car.... NOW I'm a picky person so you can take this with a grain of salt.nThere should be some more default information about your repeat Customers wants and needs when renting. I'm really happy with this Cedar Lake Facility that's why I keep coming back. I've rented everything from the compact car to the 15 passenger van.
Very easy to work with and will do anything for you to make things right. The vehicle is very nice and we are very pleased.
These guys always take great care of me. Great customer service, efficient process, straightforward communication; a blessing to have this service in Cedar Lake.nnAfter hours key drop is available, but no pickups on the weekend at this time.
