I'm pretty disappointed with my experience this time. I was given the run around by several employees and because of this, I lost an entire two days of travel time. I needed to rent a car for a period of three weeks and because I knew it would be a higher mileage trip, an oil change was to be expected. Before I even rented, I called and asked how I would go about getting an oil change and was told I could go to any Firestone or Valvoline in the country, because they have a contract with them, and I could just show them my paperwork and I would be taken care of. Around the time the car was due for an oil change, I called a nearby Enterprise again to confirm the process and was told the same thing, to just show them my paperwork and I wouldn't have to worry about any out of pocket costs. Any Firestone near me wasn't able to see me for a couple of days because they were heavily overbooked, so I drove a day out of my way to get to a Valvoline. When I arrived, the guys at Valvoline knew nothing about this and told me they needed an account number from them that was not on my paperwork, and that I would have to call Enterprise. Unfortunately for me, it was a Sunday and all locations were closed so I was forced to call the corporate number and stay on hold forever while holding up the line. When I finally got through, the person on the corporate end couldn't do anything to help me and told me I'd have to call roadside service. Again, another very long waiting period to get through to someone. When I finally did, they told me they do not have an account number to give me and that I would have to call the location that I rented from to get that or else I would just have to pay out of pocket now and be reimbursed later. Thank God for the patience of the guy working at Valvoline, and his kindness, he went ahead and checked my tires and topped off the oil for free until I could call the location the next day that I rented from to get it all sorted out. It would have saved me so much time and frustration if the employees at Enterprise gave the right information so we know what to do if a situation like that happens instead of calling a bunch of numbers just to be told the complete opposite thing from what I was told before.

The Crown Point IN office is just amazing. I have received such great service and they have continually gone above and beyond to help me every single time. They are friendly and helpful, always willing to be of service. I have had a consistent experience with each one of the staff members everytime i have gone in. I will not use another company as Enterprise has set the bar so high! Thanks for everything!

Amanda N. was extremely helpful getting us moving when we rented a car last week. She gave us our choice of car, filled up the tank per our request, added my spouse for free (my brother works for Enterprise in Tampa), and was very pleasant during the entire process. Wish every car rental was as enjoyable as Amanda made ours!

Rory (Service Representative) was friendly, helpful and informative. Car was a bit dirty (suds spots over all windows, interior not wiped down), but I clean all rentals myself anyway (including return). I trust Enterprise fully, the pricing was fair and again, Rory helped secure the vehicle I desired (Infiniti), so I was very thankful. I'll continue to utilize the Enterprise Plus program in the future. The location in Crown Point is great and I very much recommend.
