Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I will never again rent with Enterprise. I booked a car, never heard from them. Had to call THEM to find out that the location I booked had been closed for 4 months. Once I confirmed my appointment I arrived a bit early. I stood outside in 102F heat for 45 min. Almost 30 min past my appointment time. I was never once acknowledged by them. Not a wait time. Not a single word while I stood in the heat. I'm beyond upset that I not only had to go elsewhere but that my business didn't matter to them.nnEdit: after returning home the person I had with me to pick up the car experienced heat stroke from this. And I had to go elsewhere for a vehicle.

Easy peezy to get my rental! Great customer service!

We were greeted in the parking lot by Mike. We went into the location and requested a full size vehicle he was really busy and flustered. He said they didn’t have one available but he would give us a Mini van instead with no additional charge. We told him we were going to Mi as a one way Trip he said yeah no problem. He gave us a total of $55.00 and said there will be a hold of $250 on our card and once we return it at the location in Mi we would get the remaining balance back which would be $195.00. So needless to say we get the car and once we return it we look in the bank and only have $67.00 returned to it. So we called and spoke to Mike and we asked where is the rest of the money? He said that the other location charges us a drop off fee of $130.00 and he was not aware that we were going one way and that there was nothing he could do we would need to call the other location. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. When we asked to speak to his manager he said no it stops where he was. Now, had we been informed upfront about the $130 that would have Been different but we weren’t. I don’t appreciate his rudeness when we spoke to him and him trying to take advantage of my mother who is disabled and elderly. If he was overwhelmed and short staff he doesn’t need to take it out on his customer but more importantly he needs to be clear and pay attention and honest when renting vehicles out. I don’t appreciate him getting loud and aggressive with me over the phone.

I have never had and issues out of this location. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and accommodating.

Smooth transaction. Car I rented was very nice, needed because mine was in the shop.
