Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So I’ve rented two cars from enterprise since I’ve turned 21 and both the times that I went there my insurance wasn’t an issue! I only have liability! The two times that I rented they approved me! With my insurance being only liability! Then all of a sudden when I needed to rent another car for this weekend the same lady that rented to me the last time said I am sorry but I can’t let you have a car because you only have liability! I began to ask well is that a new rule because the last two times I’ve rented from you guys I’ve been able to rent with just my liability! I had mentioned that the last two cars I’ve rented I’ve been approved and my insurance wasn’t an issue? She said well those employees weren’t following policy then I said even YOU rented a car to me the last time with my same insurance that I have now so why all of a sudden can I not get a car and she’s like well it’s a policy that we have to go by! I asked is it a new rule? She said no!! So I called the office and asked to speak to a manager and she had answered! Me not realizing that at the time I asked may I please speak to a manager? She said I can help then I repeated myself may I please speak to a manager she said I’m the manager so I told her what had happened she said oh that was me let me get a manager for you so I was like I thought you were the manager? so then I was on hold I spoke to the manager he said that it s been a policy for a while now I then told him that your employees do not know the rules because I’ve gotten to rent the last two times I told him that he needs to go over the rules because his employees our dumbfounded and struggle to understand the rules! That he must review because they clearly don’t know them!!!! Honestly a HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Always ready to help. If they can't help they always let you know how can. Cars are always very clean and fresh. They are very patient and helpful. All the vehicles appear well maintained. Great value for usage.

I had my vehicle in the shop for repairs. I was dreading having to find a rental agency. But then I checked out Enterprise. I can honestly say that I will be renting from Enterprise from now on. It was easy and quick.

Wasn't happy today confusion all day. I rented a SUV three weeks prior with my corporate code to drive my family down to Ohio State to take our daughter to school for my husband, four additional passengers and myself. No one ever told me until that day I couldn't purchase insurance with the rental of the vehicle or that I needed to have a major credit card in my position at the time of drop off. This was never explained that I needed to have my insurance or a insurance with me at the hospital. Nothing went right this day. They said was the hospital going to insure the vehicle. Why? Insurance came with it that was my understanding. Then if not why wasn't it able to be purchased through the company like my other rentals. I had nothing at work and didn't know all this was needed. I spoke to customer service and this wasn't explained. Needless to say I can go on but three people wasn't able to go because I didn't get what I rented I received a minivan and with all her things for school that left out the two additional people. Her brother and a friend of hers who took off work to go and I couldn't any longer use my corporate discount. This was a mess and I will use another company hopefully get a better result.

Let me start by saying, I love Enterprise I have been doing business with Enterprise since 2006 and I have not had any problems.nHowever, I can truly say that I made reservations for a rental in advance ( week of July around the 23rd-28th date) for August 28th 2020, headed to Detroit, MI only a good 31/2 drive depending on traffic. 1st off I’m on the highway get to 70mph and I began to hear a rattling sound with I could say if it came from the top of the vehicle, or from the tires. I stop we get out and look around nothing, we get back in the vehicle and I drive farther and we began to hear the same sound. The rear view mirror fell off while I was driving. It was a messed up drive and I was not happy with my Nissan Rogue and I did in form the manager I was not satisfied, she stated she would get back with me and handle it but, I never heard anything else!
