Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Due to a recent storm my vehicle was crushed by a tree, so I needed a rental vehicle. I was directed to Enterprise of Warsaw by my insurance carrier. A gentleman named Kenny was who I dealt with, and I was given a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with quite a bit of damage on it, lots of scratches, looked like someone had run through a bucket of yellow paint under the driver side wheel wells, dirty interior that frankly smelled... I was told it was the only vehicle they had available, but if I didn't like it I could always switch it out.nI proceed to drive the vehicle during the course of the week and find the AC is blowing hot air, and the blind spot alert keeps coming on and off, probably due to a rattling in the rear of the vehicle, which I cannot seem to find the source of. I call Enterprise back and ask if a replacement vehicle can be found and I was told there was nothing available again. Kenny then proceeded to become combative/insinuate that I had something to do with the aforementioned damage. He then said that perhaps I could take this rental vehicle to the dealership to be looked at?!?nI then contacted my insurance adjuster to let her know the situation. She then called and spoke with Kenny, who LIED to her, saying he hadn't spoken to me at all. He then told the adjuster he would find an available vehicle and would call me. He then called me saying that he had called my insurance company to check on how much longer the rental would be needed (another lie) and said he had nothing available except a minivan, but I was welcome to call other Enterprise locations to find a different vehicle. At this point after a couple hours of my wasted time and energy I had enough of the rudeness. I called the adjuster to let them know I would be getting a rental vehicle from elsewhere and I was taking the vehicle back. I then called Enterprise, spoke to another individual who then said they had other vehicles available!nNeedless to say the vehicle went back and I took my business to AVIS. I have rented from Enterprise a few times and never had any issue whatsoever, they have clean cars, great service. But this one instance of bizarre, rude, and inappropriate behavior from one person has ruined them for me. As someone who works in the insurance industry and with claims, the last thing someone in a loss situation wants is a hassle and complete lack of kindness, decency, honesty, or accountability from someone paid to give them a service. That's what I got, and I will let everyone I know NOT to use Warsaw Enterprise.

The entire experience was flawless. The rental agent was engaged and helpful, had the exact car I wanted ready on time. Upon return the agent was very accommodating with special drop off arrangements, as I also had to pick up my personal car from the repair shop. Highly Recommended.

Fast professional curtious workers had me in and out and on my way with no worries! And return was just as wonderful. Will definitely use them for all my rental car needs.

Do not rent a car from this place. Very unreliable. Twice now they have cancelled my order when I reserved online. The first time same day they said they had no cars available and could not fill my reservation and offered no solutions and I had to scramble to find a car for mothers day. This last time I called to confirm the reservation and they said we don't have that type of vehicle and they just cancelled the order even though the website allowed me to reserve from that location. I asked what if I would of shown up on that day and they wouldn't of had the vehicle. He said oh we would of told you 48 hrs in advanced. What good does that do me? The customer service rep was rude and didn't even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Would not use this facility ever again.

Enterprise always treats me right. They're fairly priced and easy to work with. Insurance claim was easier than I could've imagined.
