Professional and courteous! Pick up and drop off was very easy and done in a timely manner!! I won't rent from anyone else!

Trent was awesome! The car not so much. It had a roaring noise that was so annoying and we had to have radio on and could still hear it. Sounded like it had mud tires on it. It had a few cosmetic things wrong that was noted. Went to return it and the salesman saw one of them and I told him it was already noted. He didn’t believe me and said where did u pick this up at? I said from this location. He said let me grab my tablet to check. Not very friendly and not happy that he made me feel like I was lieing. The rating of 4 was for pick up day, I would have to rate the car’s performance and return day salesman a 2.

The folks at Enterprise in Kokomo are the best. Always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them and the work they do.

The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly ( even though I was there 5 minutes before close) one of my best experiences with them yet.

Very convenient efficient service. Key drop box for after hours was awesome. Deposit refunded within 48 hours. Would reccomend to anyone!
