DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give 0 star! DO NOT GO HERE. During COVID-19 they do NOT have a cleaning staff. We received a vehicle, the guy refused to do a walk through with us when we said it had not been cleaned and said he cleaned it himself. The car had food and dirty everywhere, fluids were not topped off (had to buy my own windshield wiper fluid, no coolant in the reserve, and low on oil), and we found 2 USED EPIPEN NEEDLES IN THE VEHICLE. The man refused to do a walk through with us and said he cleaned it himself and took pictures himself. I asked to speak with the branch manager and he refused and gave us a refund. 3 weeks later the refund has not came back to my account and the branch manager is stating they are not going to refund the money anymore. This place is a joke and should be shut down. I asked the branch manager if she felt this was good services being provided and she refused to answer that question and stated no engine lights were on when we took the vehicle so it was acceptable. This place is a joke!! . The pictures added was how the vehicle was given to us, 0 concern for quality. UPDATE: After a lot of back and forth, I finally received a refund.

They will scam you for 300 dollars. I work part time at a bar that allows smoking. I did not smoke in the rental. Was then charged 300 dollars. When i asked to speak to a manager i was told it was close to closing time and was then hung up on. Will not be paying there's highwaymen and will never use them again.

The guy there was awesome his name is Stan he was so helpful. I loved the car options too

Great place to rent I been using them for years and never had any problems.. was able to get a rental on a busy holiday week very fast.. I'm am pleased and will continue to use Hertz. Prices are affordable..
